In 1987, Dorothy Moore founded Reconciliation Outreach, an inner city life rehabilitation program providing a safe haven for the homeless and needy. Her book, "Lady in the Hood", describes her journey from the privileged life of a New York debutante to the establishment of Reconciliation Outreach in a drug and gang infested East Dallas neighborhood. Her colorful and compelling story inspires people to discover the Lord working miracles, moving through the "least likely" people in the most unlikely places!
